These Are Tools Specifically for the AP Calculus Exam

The first and most important place to study is at the College Board Website: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/sub_calab.html

   1.  Find the topic outline in the Course Description and think about which topics you have mastered and which ones you need to study more.

    2.  Familiarize yourself with the rules and scoring guidelines

   3.  Familiarize yourself with the Multiple Choice Section

        27 No  Calculator Questions   18 Calculator Optional Questions

       Total Right - .25(Total Wrong) = Score  Score *1.2 = 54 Points

  4.  Familiarize yourself with the Free Response Sections

       6 Questions (3 Calculator, 3 No Calculator) Approximately 9 points each, usually 3 sections worth 3 points.  9*6 = 54 Points

      If you total about  70-108 POINTS- you will get a 5

                     about   55-70 POINTS- you will get a 4

                     about   40-55 POINTS you will get a 3

                    about    25-40 POINTS   you will get a 2

                     less than 20 points, you will get a 1
